The milk of our grandparents for today’s breakfast

Since our grandparents’age, the Historical Farm Tenuta Pantano Borghese breeds milky cows in an environment rich of water and forages. For hundred years it has been the famous milk of Rome.

Who is already a bit aged, with white hair, can remember the simple cappuccino of his childhood, with fresh smell, rich and mellow taste: today it is very difficult to find those characteristics in our hurried morning cappuccino!

Here it is, taste our milk! We produce it everyday with new modern technology which make possible now a better preservable product, through a mild temperature pasteurization: the rest will be done by a correct use of our home refrigerator.

Our milk is a product with a peculiar and rich taste of biological richness.

The Farm and our family remain at visitors’disposal for any curiosity and wish of personal experience on how the cows of Tenuta Pantano Borghese are loved and cuddled.
