1.1 The phases of the booking
a) You can book online by following the guided steps on our websitewww.pantanoborghese.com starting from the “Book Now” button or from the “Rooms” page.
b) Indicate your needs on the site, if there is room availability for the selected days, the system will redirect you to the summary page of our best offer.
c) Enter the user data, select any paid options (breakfast), indicate the probable check-in and enter the coupon (if equipped).
Upon entering the data, the system will return to the payments page.
d) The payment page shows a summary of the stay request, the total price and the deposit to be paid through the two secure payment systems: Paypal or Credit Card.
e) Once the payment has been made, the booking is confirmed by a confirmation email that the system forwards to the user within a few minutes of the end of the payment process.
1.2 Booking Rules
a) We accept reservations made within 24 hours prior to the arrival date, any other requests can be agreed by calling the property directly.
b) Children aged 2 or younger enjoy the free stay, you must contact the property as soon as possible indicating this dynamic at:email@example.com
2. Payment and Deposit / Deposit
The deposit is equal to 30% of the price of the stay and is refundable up to one week before the date of the stay.
The payment of the deposit is made on the site in the last phase of the booking process (point 1.1 d) by paying by credit card or PayPal.
The remaining part will be paid on site at the property.
The security of the site is guaranteed by the HTTPS protocol and by the RSA certificates that the site has. For payment with PayPal, the system refers to the PayPal platform whose security is managed by the same. For payment by credit card, bank details are managed by the Stripe platform which guarantees the security of the transaction.
3. Cancellation, changes, no-shows
3.1 Booking cancellation
In case of cancellation, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, after a reply from the structure the cancellation is processed.
If the cancellation occurs within a week before the date of stay, you are entitled to a refund of the deposit / deposit which will be made on the credit card or Paypal profile with which the customer made the payment.
3.2 No Show
In case of non-presentation of the guest without communications, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
3.3 Booking changes or further requests
In case of changes or further specific requests, an email must be sent email@example.com
4. Acceptance of cancellation and deposit terms
Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
